The Minstrel

Background: Little is known about the Minstrel save for his unsavory reputation. The bard is said to be in possession of a mandolin given to him by Death herself, an item he traded his purity as an Aasimar to in exchange. The Fallen Aasimar makes his living through assassinations, though only the most lucrative and difficult of contracts are enough to sate his palette. He has become more of a folk tale in some cities but the Minstrel remains a threat nonetheless to those unfortunate to be marked by the musical killer.
